Wedding in the Berkshires at the Dream Away Lodge
Outdoor tranquility with celebration is the best way to describe this wedding. This couple wanted an intimate location that had history, lovely gardens, and a perfect combination of nature and love. Tucked in the Berkshires of Massachusetts is the Dream Away Lodge that fit the desired look. The ceremony took place in a clearing in the woods with the entire wedding party on a raised ledge so everybody had a great view, the gardens allowed for the playful yet scenic formal photos.

Outdoor Happiness! The weather was questionable and the ceremony was held under the light drizzle but there were no dampers on this wedding. Nearby there was a the covered bridge with all of the green trees that provided a perfect backdrop to capture this couple’s happiness. We were able to capture some precious memories and candid moments that really showcase this couple. It was such an opportunity to be able to capture the big day for these two. Casual backyard wedding was the style of this special day. Plenty of kids running around having a blast in addition to all of the families. The sun was out and a blue sky overhead for the wedding ceremony and reception.
